Oklahoma Master Naturalist

Website: http://okmasternaturalist.org

Information:
The Oklahoma Master Naturalist Program was developed by, and in cooperation with, the OSU Extension Service and several natural resource partners. The program is designed to foster, enhance, and promote an understanding of responsible environmental stewardship arising from a science-based foundation.  It aims to enrich the lives of participants by exposing them to unique people, places, resources and experiences. The program provides a vehicle through which Oklahomans from all walks of life can volunteer together to improve Oklahoma's natural resources and to share their love of Oklahoma's natural uniqueness. There are two chapters. The Central Chapter is based in the greater Oklahoma City area and is a 501c3 non-profit organization. The Northeast Chapter is based in the greater Tulsa area. We are a volunteer based organization without full-time or paid staff.
